The fleet was world-class. The website was from another era.
Melbourne Star has the cars nobody else in Melbourne has — Phantoms, a Black Badge Ghost, a Dawn, a Urus, two McLaren 720s, Bentley and Porsche stretches, a 22-seat Hummer. But the old website hadn't been updated in five or six years. The fleet had grown, the services had grown, the review count had exploded, and none of it was on the site. Visitors were seeing a fraction of what the business actually offered, in photography that didn't do a Rolls-Royce justice.
The rebuild had three jobs. Show the full depth of the fleet and services so a bride, an EA or a hotel concierge can find exactly the right car for the occasion. Make the imagery match the price point. And make booking or quoting the path of least resistance from every single page, so the phone isn't the only way in.
Photograph everything. Structure for depth. Make every page a booking page.
Shoot the entire fleet in-house
We went to the Williamstown HQ and photographed every vehicle professionally — exteriors, interiors, details. No stock, no manufacturer shots. The imagery on the site is the exact cars a customer will be collected in.
Restructure around how people actually search
A fleet architecture by category — Stretch Limousines, Exclusive Vehicles, Exotic Vehicles, Premium Sedans, SUVs, Convertibles, People Movers — with mega menus that let visitors jump straight to the Phantom or the Jeep Stretch, plus dedicated Wedding Cars and Corporate Vehicles entry points.
Build a page for every service and transfer
Twenty-plus pages covering chauffeured services, corporate and private hire, and every transfer type from airport and private jet to cruise ship, funerals, school formals and sporting events — each written to rank and to convert.
Integrate booking and quoting into the site
A dedicated Book Now page with the company's live dispatch-connected booking engine embedded in the site experience, alongside a custom quote form with the full 35-vehicle selector, service type, route, date and time — so every lead arrives with the detail the team needs to price it.
Stack the proof and the calls to action
Video hero, live Google reviews feed, hotel partner logos, 40+ years of trust, and "Book Now" or "Get a Quote" on every page — the site sells before anyone picks up the phone.
